CHEESE SOUPS
Cheese Soup (Recipe of Love)
1 tablespoon of butter, margarine, or other fat 1/2 teaspoon of salt ½ a finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon of flour 2 cupsful of milk Pepper 1 tablespoon chopped parsley ½ cupful of grated cheese
Melt the butter and add the flour; stir until quite smooth, and then add the milk/ Bring to just on boiling point, and simmer at this point for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
