Winter purslane = Cuban spinach = miner's lettuce = claytonia
A glossy green herb (Montia perfoliata syn. Claytonia perfoliata) of the purslane family especially of western North America that produces racemes of pink to white flowers subtended by a disk of two leaves united around the stem and is used as a salad green
This resembles ordinary purslane, only the leaves and stems are smaller and more delicate.
