APRICOT BRANDY

A liqueur chiefly made in England, in France and in Holland; also in Hungary; tawny of colour, with the flavour of apricot and usually quite sweet. The two best known English Brands are IDOL (Idle, Chapman & Co. Ltd.) and OLD CHELSEY (James Burrough). The best known French Apricot Brandies are those of Bardinet, Cazalette, Cusenier, and Marie Brizard. The best known Dutch one is Bols’.
